Service Scope

The service confirms completion of an automated human verification test. A verification record is not a legal national identity document, passport, or government KYC credential.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate profile details, use your own account, and ensure you alone are present during verification. Impersonation or automated bot bypass attempts are prohibited.

Payments & Access

Paid UnifaceID plans and record unlocking are charged at the transparent price displayed prior to confirmation via M-Pesa STK prompt.

Suspension & Revocation

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke verification records associated with fraudulent manipulation, duplicate face signatures, or malicious activity.
